Bought a Berghaus jacket at a bargain price. very happy with that. Then I received an email to a Mrs Wilson who is not me apologising for the delay in receiving it.

Monique at Jacamo was pretty helpful but I didn't get an answer to what the Mrs Wilson thing was all about.

The bad, EVRI.

Delayed sending my Parcel then sent it to the wrong address, absolutely incompetent. If the delay was COVID related I could understand that but delivering to the wrong address is just incompetence.

I had over £300 worth of clothes purchased from Jacamo and other businesses for my new job which I start on Monday and EVRI just dumped them at another address. They took a photo of a porch with a white door, I have 2 red ones ! There's 111 houses here with Porches so it would have been a Wild Goose hunt. Thankfully they were dumped at my next door neighbours Cousins house, blind luck.

Knocked 1 star off for EVRI, it's part of the Customer Service Experience.

Time to find a better Courier that actually delivers.

Not happy at all! Had a £3000 credit limit for nearly 8 years, went to order now credit limit £0,they say its about my credit score, but my score is 830 out of 999 so it can't be that, will never shop there again
